Dplay, which is part of Discovery Network, is evolving fast and we are now looking for an experienced MA-specialist that will help us create value to our customers and join us on our exciting journey.
As our Marketing Automation Specialist you will work hands on in our CRM/MA tool creating best practice customer journeys and email campaigns. You will work closely with our local marketing teams to create best practice workflows improving Customer Experience, i.e. retention and winback flows. Define strategies on how to communicate with our customers but also follow-up on all our CRM interactions to identify improvements and create the best customer journey possible with help from AI.
Requirements
- Higher educational degree
- Great experience in creating email campaigns, push notifications workflows
- Experience on creating customer journeys
- Experience from Adobe Campaign or similar tools (Salesforce, Oracle Eloqua)
- 2-3 years’ experience working with CRM/Marketing Automation
- Good technical knowledge base and passionate about it
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking. Merit with knowledge in Swedish or other Scandinavian languages
