We are looking for you with committed leadership, strategic working methods and strong sales drive, so that you, together with your team, will maintain and develop GRANIT Parts in Sweden.

Responsibilities.

As Sales Director you are responsible for the unit’s results and for a sales team of three Area Sales Managers and two people in Customer Services. In parallel you will also act as an area sales manager.

You will streamline and prioritize the processing of new customers, as well as develop existing customers and key accounts. You will develop the unit’s sales process, create structure, strategies and sales plans for the team, as well as goal setting and measuring performance.

You will also participate in the development and execution of marketing, PR and brand development as well as hands on activities as fairs, client events and exhibitions.

We are looking for you with good leadership skills – acting as an example, with thought and ability to inspire your employees.

Background and Experience.

  • + 5 years of experience from key account management or sales management      
  • You preferably have a background from successful sales towards an agricultural environment or in an industry nearby
  • Experience in working in CRM systems and financial monitoring and budgeting
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish
