We are now seeking a Trade Activation Manager to help Paulig/Santa Maria further build the future of food. You will be based in Stockholm (Solna), Sweden and report to the Head of Marketing of Marketing Retail North-Western Europe and be part of a great team of marketeers in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
This is a fixed term employment (employed by Paulig) between 2nd of June 2025 – 17th of April 2026.
You will play a vital role in the Swedish organization, securing a solid plan and execution of trade marketing activations in order to grow Santa Maria’s market position. You will have a close collaboration with the Marketing & Commercial team and will be the key point of contact for the sales force.
What you will do
• Overall responsible for planning and execution of local trade marketing activities.
• Secures excellence in 360 execution for new launches, relaunches, campaigns and activations with focus on trade.
• Act as business partner for Commercial director and Sales Manager and contribute to joint business plans by top customers.
• Putting shopper insights into practice to develop customer cooperation and sales in store with shopper messaging.
• Key counterpart towards sales force and KAMs
• Develop sales folders for sell-in to trade, development and shipment of POS material.
• Support KAMs with trade marketing material.
• Follow up budgets, trade marketing activation objectives and takes action to improve ROI.
What is expected of you:
You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look similar to this
· At least 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably from Trade Marketing.
· FMCG business background in sales and/or marketing with experience from Swedish grocery channel is preferred.
· Result- and solution oriented.
· Strong presentation skills and enjoy presenting in small and wider forums
· Self-driven and a team player. Strong collaboration. You are the one that make things happen.
