Marketing Activation Leader

The position of Marketing Activation Leader is a new role within the Offering & Communications department. Your mission is to build awareness and recognition for Lynxeye’s brand and service portfolio to international business leaders on C-level. You will work closely with the Head of Offering & Communications and the Brand Leader. As the Marketing Activation Leader, you will be responsible for independently driving and producing marketing activities from start to finish, both online and offline. 

This role is based at Lynxeye’s headquarters in central Stockholm and reports to the Head of Offering & Communications.

Background and previous experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing and content production, with at least 3 years in an independent leading role.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 4+ years proven track record in production/generation of articles, ad creation, presentations, reports and texts aimed at B2B decision-makers.
  • 4+ years experience of planning and executing multi-channel media plans including knowledge of external media-buying.
  • Business proficient in both Swedish and English.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and plans.
  • Proven track record of successfully increasing awareness and recognition of a management consultancy firm is an advantage.
  • Experience in project management of various types of initiatives related to marketing and
    communication. This also includes planning and execution of various events.
  • Solid understanding of working in relevant channels, tools and systems necessary for the job (web, copy, design, CRM, digital advertising, social media, newsletters, digital events, podcasts.)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing content and managing communications across various social media platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
